§ 46.2-2902. Insurance to be kept in force; amount


VA Code § 46.2-2902 (2014) What's This?

Each person or company providing certified escort vehicle services shall keep in force at all times valid liability insurance coverage for those classes of insurance defined in ยงยง 38.2-117 and 38.2-118 in the amount of at least $750,000 that has been issued by an insurance carrier authorized to do business in the Commonwealth.
