§ 45.1-191. Penalty for violation of chapter, etc


VA Code § 45.1-191 (2014) What's This?

Any violation of any provision of this chapter or of any order of the Director shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $1,000 or a maximum of 1 year in jail, or both.
