§ 45.1-161.148. Dispatchers


VA Code § 45.1-161.148 (2014) What's This?

Where a dispatcher is employed to control trips, traffic under his jurisdiction shall be moved only at his direction. The dispatcher shall be stationed on the surface at the mine.
