§ 44-71. How processes and sentences executed


VA Code § 44-71 (2014) What's This?

All processes, warrants and sentences of the courts named in the preceding section (§ 44-70 ) shall be executed by any sheriff or deputy sheriff, or any sergeant, of any county, city or town, who shall be authorized by law to execute or serve any civil or criminal process.
