§ 44-66. Courts of inquiry


VA Code § 44-66 (2014) What's This?

Courts of inquiry in the naval militia shall be instituted, constituted, and conducted in the same manner, and shall have like powers and duties, as similar courts in the navy of the United States, except that they shall be ordered by the Governor.
