§ 44-123. Armory Commission abolished; duties, powers and properties transferred


VA Code § 44-123 (2014) What's This?

The Armory Commission of Virginia heretofore created and existing is hereby abolished. All the duties and powers heretofore imposed upon and exercised by the Armory Commission are hereby transferred to and imposed upon the Department of Military Affairs as hereinafter provided. Any property, real or personal held by the Armory Commission of Virginia in its corporate name is hereby transferred to the Department of Military Affairs to be held, managed, and maintained by that Department in the name of the Commonwealth of Virginia as provided by law.
