Title 33.1 - Highways, Bridges and Ferries
§ 33.1-325. (Repealed effective October 1, 2014) District road obligations not affected by adverse vote


VA Code § 33.1-325 (2014) What's This?

Nothing herein contained shall in any way affect the validity of such district road obligations in the event of the result of such election being against the assumption thereof by the county, but they shall continue to be as valid and binding in all respects, as they were in their inception.
