§ 33.1-260. (Repealed effective October 1, 2014) Salary and fees
VA Code § 33.1-260 (2014) What's This?
No salary shall be paid to any special police officer appointed under § 33.1-258 by the Commonwealth or county, or counties, in which such properties lie; nor shall he receive any fees for making any arrest, executing any warrant, summoning a witness, or carrying a person to or from jail.
