§ 33.1-245. (Repealed effective October 1, 2014) Compensation of clerk of board


VA Code § 33.1-245 (2014) What's This?

Except in the County of Henrico the clerk of the board of supervisors or other governing body of a county shall receive for the duties to be performed by him under the provisions of this chapter, compensation to be fixed and allowed to him by the board or other governing body, not less, however, than $100 and not to exceed $300 per annum.
