VA Code § 33.1-23 (2014) What's This?

The provisions of subdivision (3) of § 33.1-12 and of §§ 33.1-19 and 33.1-22 shall not apply to traction engines and tractors, weighing not less than five tons, when drawing threshing machines, hay balers or other farm machinery for local farm use.
