§ 33.1-23.21. (Repealed effective October 1, 2014) Deposit of proceeds


VA Code § 33.1-23.21 (2014) What's This?

The proceeds of each series of Notes shall be placed by the State Treasurer in a special fund in the state treasury or may be placed with a trustee in accordance with ยง 33.1-283 and shall be disbursed only for the purpose for which such series shall be issued.
