§ 33.1-223.2:9. (Repealed effective October 1, 2014) Comprehensive roadside management program


VA Code § 33.1-223.2:9 (2014) What's This?

The Department shall promulgate regulations for a comprehensive roadside management program. Such program shall include, but not be limited to, opportunities for participation by individuals, communities, and local governments and shall address items to include safety, landscape materials, services, funding, recognition, and appropriate signing.
