§ 33.1-212. (Repealed effective October 1, 2014) Appeals


VA Code § 33.1-212 (2014) What's This?

The Commissioner of Highways or board of supervisors or other governing body or the applicant or owner of the tramway or railway may appeal from the order of the circuit court in the manner prescribed for appeals in controversies concerning roads.
