§ 33.1-173. (Repealed effective October 1, 2014) Construction of relocated road


VA Code § 33.1-173 (2014) What's This?

Upon the acquisition of the right-of-way as hereinabove provided, the city or town shall grade the same and construct thereon, in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the Commissioner, as aforesaid, the road or highway thereby required.
