§ 32.1-330.4. Uniform assessment instrument for PACE plans


VA Code § 32.1-330.4 (2014) What's This?

Every individual who requests a screening for the purpose of enrollment in a PACE plan, as defined in ยง 32.1-330.3, shall be eligible for such screening, regardless of whether the individual is eligible under the state plan for medical assistance.
