§ 32.1-125.01. Failing to report; penalty
VA Code § 32.1-125.01 (2014) What's This?
Any hospital or nursing home that has not paid civil penalties assessed for failing to report pursuant to ยง 54.1-2400.6 shall not be issued a license or certification or a renewal of such.
