§ 32.1-102.10. Commencing project without certificate grounds for refusing to issue license
VA Code § 32.1-102.10 (2014) What's This?
Commencing any project without a certificate required by this article shall constitute grounds for refusing to issue a license for such project. Persons commencing any project without a certificate as required by this article shall be subject to the penalties set forth in ยงยง 32.1-27 and 32.1-27.1.
