§ 3.2-6567. Enforcement authority


VA Code § 3.2-6567 (2014) What's This?

All law-enforcement officers in the Commonwealth and State Veterinarian's representatives shall enforce the provisions of this chapter to the same extent other laws in the Commonwealth are enforced.
