§ 3.2-5630. Violations of pricing requirements
VA Code § 3.2-5630 (2014) What's This?
It shall be a violation of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act (§ 59.1-196 et seq.) for a retail merchant to fail to comply with the provisions of § 3.2-5627.
