§ 24.2-409.1. State Board to transmit information pertaining to persons convicted of a felony in federal court
VA Code § 24.2-409.1 (2014) What's This?
Upon receipt of a notice of a felony conviction sent by a United States attorney pursuant to the National Voter Registration Act (52 U.S.C. ยง 20501 et seq.), the State Board shall notify the appropriate general registrar of the conviction.
