§ 24.2-404.3. Duty of State Board; verification of registered voter lists


VA Code § 24.2-404.3 (2014) What's This?

On or before October 1 of each year, the State Board shall conduct a match of the Virginia registered voter lists with the list of deceased persons maintained by the Social Security Administration.
