§ 24.2-304.5. Notification of certain civil actions


VA Code § 24.2-304.5 (2014) What's This?

Any county, city, or town made a defendant in any civil action challenging the legality of its election district boundaries shall immediately notify the Attorney General of the pending civil action for review pursuant to ยง 2.2-508.
