§ 15.2-303. When new supervisors elected


VA Code § 15.2-303 (2014) What's This?

If voters approve the adoption of an optional form of government in accordance with ยง 15.2-301, the members of the governing body shall be elected at the next succeeding November general election. The members' terms shall commence on January 1 following the election.
