§ 15.2-2108.17. Antitrust immunity
VA Code § 15.2-2108.17 (2014) What's This?
A municipality that provides a cable television service is subject to applicable antitrust liabilities and immunities from liabilities under the federal Local Government Antitrust Act of 1984 (15 U.S.C. ยง 34 et seq.).
