§ 15.2-1108. Gifts, donations, bequests or grants


VA Code § 15.2-1108 (2014) What's This?

A municipal corporation may accept or refuse gifts, donations, bequests or grants from any source, which are related to the powers, duties and functions of the municipal corporation.
