§ 13.1-674. Qualification of directors
VA Code § 13.1-674 (2014) What's This?
The articles of incorporation or bylaws may prescribe qualifications to be directors or to be nominated as directors. A director need not be a resident of this Commonwealth or a shareholder of the corporation unless the articles of incorporation or bylaws so prescribe.
