55-544.23. Powers of courts not impaired by 55-544.18 through 55-544.22; severability.

Nothing in 55-544.18 through 55-544.22 shall impair the power of a court of competent jurisdiction with respect to any such foundation or trust, and the invalidity of any one or more of such sections shall not be deemed to affect the validity of the other sections.
