44-67. Kinds of courts-martial.

Courts-martial in the naval militia shall consist of general courts-martial, summary courts-martial and deck courts. General courts-martial shall consist of not less than three nor more than thirteen officers, and may be convened by order of the Governor. Summary courts-martial may be ordered by the Governor or by the commanding officer of a naval militia unit. Deck courts may be ordered by a naval militia officer in command of a naval militia force on shore or on any vessel loaned to the Commonwealth or on any vessel on which such forces may be serving.
