44-65. United States naval laws, customs and regulations.
In the interpretation of state laws governing the naval militia, the United States laws concerning the United States navy shall be followed as far as applicable, and the customs and naval reserve regulations of the United States navy shall govern in all cases not otherwise specifically provided for.
