§ 55-112. Continuing in force acts establishing Torrens system.
The act entitled "An act to provide for the settlement, registration, transfer, and assurance of titles to land, and to establish courts of land registration, with jurisdiction for said purposes, and to make uniform the laws of the State enacting the same," approved February 24, 1916, as amended by an act approved March 20, 1916, and last amended by Chapter 227 of the Acts of 1948, approved March 13, 1948, is continued in force.
