28.2-514 - Possession of shucked oysters; penalty.

§ 28.2-514. Possession of shucked oysters; penalty.

It is unlawful for any person to possess more than one-half gallon of shucked oysters on board a boat harvesting on the public rocks.

A violation of this section is a Class 3 misdemeanor.
