63.2-203. Powers and duties of Commissioner generally.

A. The Commissioner, subject to the regulations of the Board, shall have allof the powers and perform all the duties conferred upon him by law. Except asotherwise provided, he shall supervise the administration of the provisionsof this title and shall see that all laws pertaining to the Department arecarried out to their true intent and spirit.

B. The Commissioner shall enforce the regulations adopted by the Board.
