2006 Code of Virginia § 63.2-1958 - Charging off support debts as uncollectible

63.2-1958. Charging off support debts as uncollectible.

Any support debt due the Department pursuant to 63.2-1908 that theCommissioner deems uncollectible may be transferred from accounts receivableto a doubtful account, cease to be accounted as an asset, and discharged fromits records.
