2006 Code of Virginia § 56-355.1 - "State Highway System" defined

56-355.1. "State Highway System" defined.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other sections of this Code, the words"State Highway System" as used in this article shall be construed to beapplicable to both primary and secondary systems of state highways.
