55-79.51. Complementarity of condominium instruments; controllingconstruction.

The condominium instruments shall be construed together and shall be deemedto incorporate one another to the extent that any requirement of this chapteras to the content of one shall be deemed satisfied if the deficiency can becured by reference to any of the others. In the event of any conflict betweenthe condominium instruments, the declaration shall control; but particularprovisions shall control more general provisions, except that a constructionconformable with the statute shall in all cases control over any constructioninconsistent therewith.
