55-407. Reversions and vested remainders.

Property in which the slayer holds a reversion or vested remainder and wouldhave obtained the right of present possession upon the death of the decedentshall pass to the estate of the decedent during the period of the lifeexpectancy of the decedent if he held the particular estate, or if theparticular estate is held by a third person and measured by the life of thedecedent, it shall remain in the possession of the third person during theperiod of the life expectancy of the decedent.
