55-322. How notice given.

Any notice herein provided to be given shall be given to the owner of theland, if he reside in the county in which the land lies; otherwise, it may begiven to such person as, under the laws of this Commonwealth, would be hisagent; or to any person occupying such land as tenant of the owner, whoshall, for the purposes of this article, be deemed the agent of such owner.
