2006 Code of Virginia § 55-301 - Revocation of order
55-301. Revocation of order.
Such court may upon like petition and notice of any person interested, revokeor alter any order made under 55-300; but such order shall not be madewithin one year from the date of the original, and shall not take effectuntil six months after it is made.
