55-198. Publication of suit; what to state and require.

When any such suit is instituted, the court shall cause a publication to bemade once each week for four consecutive weeks in some newspaper of generalcirculation in the county or corporation in which the proceedings are had,setting forth the nature of the claim, the name and nativity, when known, ofthe deceased person, or of the former owner of the property, if known, as thecase may be, and describing the property or estate claimed, and requiring allpersons claiming an interest therein to appear and make themselves defendantsby a given day of an ensuing term.
