54.1-2956.10. Requisite training and educational achievements ofacupuncturists.
The Board shall establish a testing program to determine the training andeducational achievements of acupuncturists, or the Board may accept otherevidence such as successful completion of a national certificationexamination, experience, or completion of an approved training program inlieu of testing and shall establish this as a prerequisite for approval ofthe licensee's application.
