54.1-2407. Requirements for human research.

Any person licensed, registered, or certified by any health regulatory boardwho engages in the conduct of human research, as defined in 32.1-162.16,shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5.1 ( 32.1-162.16 et seq.) ofTitle 32.1. Failure to so comply shall constitute unprofessional conduct.
