46.2-871. Maximum speed limit for school buses.

The maximum speed limit for school buses shall be 45 miles per hour or theminimum speed allowable, whichever is greater, on any highway where themaximum speed limit is 55 miles per hour or less, and 55 miles per hour onall interstate highways and on other highways where the maximum speed limitis more than 55 miles per hour.
