46.2-749.5. Special license plates celebrating Virginia's tobacco heritage.
On receipt of an application, the Commissioner shall issue special licenseplates celebrating Virginia's tobacco heritage. For each set of licenseplates issued under this section, the Commissioner shall charge, in additionto the prescribed cost of state license plates, an annual fee of ten dollars.
