46.2-327. Copies of applications; record of licenses and learner's permitsissued, suspended, or revoked.
The Department shall retain a copy of every application for a driver'slicense or learner's permit. The Department shall index and maintain arecord of all licenses and learner's permits issued, suspended, or revoked.
