46.2-2806. Biennial report.

The Board shall submit a biennial report to the Governor and General Assemblyon or before November 1 of each even-numbered year. The biennial report shallcontain, at a minimum, the following information: (i) a summary of theBoard's fiscal affairs, (ii) a description of the Board's activities, (iii)statistical information regarding the administrative hearings and decisionsof the Board, and (iv) a general summary of all complaints received againstlicensees and the procedures used to resolve the complaints. However, through2008 the Board shall issue such reports annually.
