46.2-2127. Freight bill violation.

Any motor carrier that consistently submits a freight bill to a shipper forservices rendered, which bill is more than ten percent above the writtenestimate of charges for such services, shall be subject to penalties and/orrevocation or suspension of certificate as provided in this chapter.
