2006 Code of Virginia § 46.2-1578 - Appeals to Court of Appeals; bond

46.2-1578. Appeals to Court of Appeals; bond.

Either party may appeal from the decision of the court under 46.2-1577 tothe Court of Appeals. These appeals shall be taken and prosecuted in the samemanner and with like effect as is provided by law in other cases appealed asa matter of right to the Court of Appeals.
