46.2-1538. Salesman selling for other than his employer prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any motor vehicle salesman licensed under thischapter to sell or exchange or offer or attempt to sell or exchange any motorvehicle except for the licensed motor vehicle dealer by whom he is employed,or to offer, transfer, or assign any sale or exchange that he may havenegotiated to any other dealer or salesman.
