46.2-1249. Alteration of disabled parking license plates or placards;penalty.
A. Any person who alters a disabled parking license plate, DV disabledparking license plate which has been issued under subsection B of 46.2-739,organizational removable windshield placard, permanent removable windshieldplacard, or temporary removable windshield placard shall be guilty of a Class2 misdemeanor.
B. The local governing body of any county, city, or town may by ordinanceincorporate this provision by reference.
