2006 Code of Virginia § 30-129 - Venue

Any prosecution for a violation of this chapter shall be brought in thecircuit court of the jurisdiction in which the legislator resides, or thejurisdiction in which he resided at the time of the alleged violation if heis no longer a resident of the Commonwealth.
